Firstly, if you are reading this , you’ve probably already bought something from Parietti, so you clearly have excellent taste - thank you! Otherwise you’re just very thorough and we like that too.
We always strive to produce the highest quality garments possible. However, if you're not absolutely, 100% satisfied with your garments, please do send them back to us. Our returns policy lasts 30 days from your purchase and we will happily offer you a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The garment bag must also be included!
This part is important as the bag label contains inventory codes to massively simplify your return process.
We do reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are not returned “as new” in a re-sellable condition, unworn and unused. So don’t ride it up that mountain.
Sadly we don’t offer free returns - Are we just being mean or what?
It’s a hard truth but free returns are just not sustainable for small, independent e-commerce brands or more importantly, for the planet. Multiple size ordering and returning, or impulse buy returns are incredibly difficult to manage and hurt small, independent businesses. Average online return rates across Europe are roughly 19% but, in some cases, they are as high as 50% creating a huge impact on our climate, effectively doubling CO2 emissions for every purchase.
For these reasons, we kindly ask for all return shipping costs to be at the your expense. We hope this will encourage a culture of a more considered approach to online purchasing. That said, we are not responsible for the loss of returned items, so our advice would be to send with tracking or postal insurance.
With that in mind, please do take time going through our Size Guide before hitting the buy button. And feel free to email email@example.com with any questions you may have. Because we are nice really.
To Make A Return
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURNS in the subject header. Please include your Name, Order Number, Item(s) and Reasons for Return.
We will reply within 1-2 business days, with further instructions to send back.
If you really want a different size or style in the meantime, feel free to jump back in and make another order while we process your return.
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. The purchase price for the returned item will be refunded using the same payment method as used for the original purchase.
